Terms & Conditions

Last updated 12 October 2026

ADHD Unfiltered (“the service”) is provided by ADHD Unfiltered (“we”, “us”). When you use the service you are contracting with ADHD Unfiltered. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

What the service is

ADHD Unfiltered is an educational and self-help app about ADHD: lessons, practical tools, an AI Companion and interactive experiences. It is not a medical service. It does not diagnose, treat or replace advice from your GP, a psychiatrist or other professional. In an emergency call 999, or for urgent help call NHS 111 or Samaritans on 116 123.

Your account

  • You must be 16 or over to create an account.
  • Give accurate information and keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Fair use

You must not misuse the service, including by:

  • using it for anything unlawful, fraudulent or for spam;
  • infringing anyone's intellectual property;
  • interfering with its security, including uploading malware, probing for weaknesses or scraping;
  • reverse engineering, reselling or getting around usage limits.

AI Companion

  • Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. They are general, non-clinical suggestions, not professional advice. Check anything important with a qualified person.
  • You are responsible for what you type and how you use the replies. Don't enter content that is illegal or hateful, that harms others, or that tries to get around the AI's safety rules.
  • We may filter replies, restrict content and suspend accounts that misuse the Companion. If you think content breaks your rights, email support@adhdunfiltered.com and we will look into it. Repeat infringers will lose access.

Ownership

We own the service and everything in it: software, lessons, design and branding. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. Your notes and tasks stay yours. You let us store and process them only so we can provide the service.

Premium, payments and cancellation

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Premium costs £5.99 a month, including VAT where it applies, and renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the Premium page and you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are set out in Paddle's Buyer Terms and our Refund policy.

Availability

We work hard to keep things running, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously breach these terms, don't pay, create a security or fraud risk, or keep breaking these rules. You can delete your account at any time in My Space. When an account is deleted, its data is erased.

Liability

The service is provided “as is” to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profits or data. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't legally be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

General

We aren't responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. You may not transfer these terms to anyone else. We may transfer them as part of a business sale or merger. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts deal with any disputes. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
